Decades of hands-on work in environments ranging from single-site operations to multi-datacentre and MPLS-connected estates. We have designed campus and carrier networks, datacentres, stood up HA clusters, deployed and tuned databases, built monitoring with Icinga, integrated alerting into on-call and ticketing paths, automated lifecycles with Ansible, and designed agentic flows for service management — often on the same account.
